Login to NNESS is performed exclusively through Internet Identity. We do not record your browsing history, we do not use tracking cookies, we do not run analytics, and we do not record or store any chat or video content. We never sell your personal information to any third party.

Your profile data is stored on the Internet Computer, a decentralized blockchain network. Your data exists only for as long as your profile exists; when you delete your profile, the associated data is removed. No central server holds a copy of your information.

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to access your personal data, the right to rectification of inaccurate data, the right to erasure (the right to be forgotten), the right to data portability, and the right not to be subject to automated decision-making. All interactions on NNESS — chats, video sessions, and any other communication between users — are strictly private-to-private. Recording or broadcasting a session without the explicit consent of all parties involved is strictly prohibited.

NNESS is currently a non-commercial platform. Should commercial features such as sponsorships or advertisements be introduced in the future, this Privacy Policy and the other legal pages will be updated accordingly to reflect those changes.

If you choose to upload a profile picture, it is stored via an object-storage provider on the Internet Computer and is associated with your experienced-people profile. The picture is displayed on your profile and in directory listings so other users can recognise you. It is not used for analytics, profiling, or automated decision-making. You may remove your picture at any time from your account settings, and deletion removes the stored picture. Where a picture is the subject of a report, it may be hidden from public display pending administrator review, as described in the Terms of Service.
