By using NNESS, you agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You agree not to use the platform in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the service. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform or its related systems.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password and other credentials you use to access the platform. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party and to notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account. We recommend using a strong, unique password and enabling two-factor authentication where available.

Users are prohibited from posting content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these guidelines. Repeat violations may result in account suspension or termination.

Experienced people on the platform agree to maintain professional standards in all interactions. This includes being punctual for scheduled meetings, providing accurate information about qualifications, and delivering services as described. Clients agree to treat experienced people with respect and to honor scheduled appointments.

Any disputes arising from the use of this platform shall be resolved through mediation or arbitration in accordance with Belgian law. Both parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution before pursuing legal action. NNESS may facilitate dispute resolution but is not obligated to intervene in disputes between users.

We reserve the right to modify this agreement at any time. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the platform. It is your responsibility to review this agreement periodically.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the platform will immediately cease. All provisions of this agreement which by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

By using NNESS, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not access or use the platform. This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and NNESS regarding the use of the platform.

Where a user repeatedly breaches these terms — including repeated uploads of pictures that are removed under the Terms of Service, or repeated reports from different users — NNESS may, following review by an administrator, suspend or terminate the account. Suspension is a manual decision taken by NNESS administrators after reviewing the relevant reports and content; it is not applied automatically. The number of violations that may trigger suspension depends on the nature and severity of the breaches.
